A unique ID per transaction, never a duplicate
Every sale or transaction entered offline receives a unique identifier generated on the device. If synchronization is retried several times (for example after an interruption during sending), the server recognizes the transaction it already received and never counts it twice.
Transactions sync in their real entry order, one at a time, with server confirmation before sending the next one — keeping your history always reliable.
Even a stock conflict never loses a sale
If several offline sales deplete a stock faster than expected, the sale and its payment are still kept during synchronization: a flag is simply added so you can adjust the stock afterwards, without ever cancelling the payment already collected from the customer.
You stay in control
Offline mode is enabled by default. If your devices are shared or your internal policy requires it, you can disable it in one click from Settings: the page then clearly shows which features are affected.

What happens if I lose connection in the middle of a sale?
The sale is automatically kept on your device and an indicator shows "Saved locally." As soon as the network returns, it is sent and confirmed with no action needed on your part.
Could I accidentally save the same sale twice?
No. Every transaction carries a unique identifier generated at the moment of entry: if synchronization is retried, the server recognizes the transaction it already received and never duplicates it.
Which pages work in offline mode?
The POS register, classic, modern and station invoicing, deposits, expenses, purchases, customer and supplier debt settlements, deposits, deliveries and rental condition reports.
Is my data safe on the device while waiting to sync?
It stays stored locally on the device used, like any browser session data, until it is sent to the server. If you'd rather avoid this on a shared device, offline mode can easily be disabled.
Can I disable offline mode?
Yes, at any time, from your company's Settings. A single switch enables or disables local queuing for all the forms concerned.
Do I need to install an app to use it?
